Quality ControlQuality Control (Word count within limit) Foshan MingYang Acoustic Technology Co., Ltd. holds ISO9001:2000 quality and OHSAS18001 occupational safety certifications, with an independent QC department to conduct full-process quality management for all sound-absorbing and sound-insulating materials. We implement four core inspection links: IQC raw material incoming inspection, IPQC in-process patrol inspection, FQC finished product inspection and OQC pre-shipment recheck. For wood substrates, polyester fiber, fabrics, damping felt and accessories, we test density, fire resistance, formaldehyde emission and flatness; unqualified raw materials are rejected and returned. During grooving, perforating and soft bag processing, inspectors monitor dimensional tolerance, bonding tightness and surface finish hourly, isolating defective semi-finished goods to avoid outflow. -
